Cat sitting in one bedroom midtown Manhattan apartment

About this assignment

I am looking for someone to stay with my 7 year old cat, Frankie, while I am on vacation. She is extremely lovable and social and loves constant attention. Looking for someone responsible who loves animals and wants to take advantage of a free place to stay in midtown Manhattan :)

What responsibilities are required of the house sitter

Frankie has automatic food & water so just make sure those are full. she gets wet food once a day at dinner time. Her litter will need to be scooped/changed once every 2-3 days. Mostly I am just looking for someone to spend quality time with her.

What are the good features of the property and location

I live in a one bedroom one bath second floor apartment in Hell’s Kitchen (midtown West). Two blocks from Times Square & Broadway, mass transit hub on my street, three blocks from the water, 20 minute walk to central park, steps away from incredible bars & restaurants, and the entire city is easily accessible from this centralized location. Apartment can comfortably fit two people with a queen bed.

What does the house sitter need to consider before applying for this assignment

This is a one bedroom Manhattan apartment, and cannot accommodate more than two people staying here. No central air but the window unit easily cools down the whole apartment. You should not apply if you are allergic to cats or do not like cats because Frankie has zero respect for personal space.

Can I bring my own pets?
