What responsibilities are required of the house sitter

Care for Abe, our Border Collie, of course, with morning and evening walks, keeping him fed and giving him his meds twice daily. He loves being played with and scratched. Water plants weekly. House needs no particular maintenance, just the usual put out the trash and recycling Sunday nights and bring in the containers on Monday.

What are the good features of the property and location

4 year old home, all on one floor. Will have use of the guest room and guest bath. Full kitchen, bookcase lined livingroom with gas fireplace. Sunroom. Stereo with internet radio and calmradio.com subscription. 70" TV over the fireplace. Wifi. Quiet cul-de-sac in a development of villas in north Prior Lake. Near Shakopee and Savage near a WalMart, Aldi's, Fresh Thyme and Cub.

What does the house sitter need to consider before applying for this assignment

Just someone who will enjoy our space as much as we do and give Abe the attention he wants. He should not be left alone in the house or in a car. We use a nearby dog sitter for those days that he must be left for shopping or other trips. We would set up arrangements with him so you can use him, as needed. Our daughter lives in Apple Valley and will want to come visit with you and Abe. She can also take Abe home with her on weekends to give you a break. Very friendly.
