What responsibilities are required of the house sitter

Take care of my plants, water , respecting the instructions, keep the house clean, use the vacuum cleaner, respect the villa rules, change / clean the cats pots and bath rug.

What are the good features of the property and location

We are in Florianópolis, the house is in front of water, with a spectacular view of lagoa da Conceição. Birds, fishes, peace, with many good beaches and places to go nearby.

What does the house sitter need to consider before applying for this assignment

My 2 cats are totally different. One, Lili, is like a teddy bear: sweet and calm, and loves to eat. The other is Miamiola: Our small tiger. That's the challenge. If you don't like unique cats, please don't come. We are in a small villa and share the terrain. Not allowed: other pets, parties, drugs and high level music.
