Sitter wanted for Springer Spaniel in East Clare

About this assignment

I'm looking for someone honest, reliable, respectful and good with dogs.

They must be willing to keep the house clean and tidy.

They must send me the odd whatsapp to let me know Toby is ok.

What responsibilities are required of the house sitter

Look after Toby by feeding him and walking him daily. A short walk down the boherine is good enough, but he can easily do 20km and the rest... There are lots of great walks in the locality.
If you need to go out, you can leave him outside with food and water by his doghouse. He is trained off the lead, but I always have him on the lead near busy roads.

What are the good features of the property and location

It's a beautiful stone cottage, located by Lough Derg and the local village, Tuamgraney (5 min drive). It's very peaceful and quiet.
You will have your own double bedroom, kitchen, bathroom with shower, access to home gym (weights, rower, airbike), WiFi, TV, Washer, Dryer, and parking.

What does the house sitter need to consider before applying for this assignment

It is fairly remote and Springer Spaniels are lively. They require attention & exercise. Playing fetch will be a frequent activity. Toby is a playful and nice-natured dog who is super chilled in the evenings and goes to bed when you tell him.

Can I bring my own pets?
