What responsibilities are required of the house sitter

Make sure house is clear and tidy and all windows and doors are closed when going out, clean out letter tray when Cat 🐈 has made it dirty, feed him twice a day. Make sure he has water and biscuits all the time. Water plants inside house and out if can. Do bins if need putting out on the day for dustmen

What are the good features of the property and location

Train and underground station into the London East end , pubs and market bus or in walking distance. Park around the rd, restaurants and cinema and a theatre near by... I swimming pool and gym round the corner.

What does the house sitter need to consider before applying for this assignment

No Parking out front if the house.
On a main rd..
Can put bin out on the day.
I have ring doorbell to help when become to the door. ie cold callers.
Have Alexa to turn on lights when inside the house.
Have alarm on front door.
Have indoor camera put i can unplug,
I have a ring doorbell

Can I bring my own pets?
