About this assignment

Looking for a person experienced with a range of cat personalities for 1 week in August. The sitter will live in a well kept airconditioned home in the north-east corner of San Francisco Bay Area in a safe neighborhood close to amenities and attractions.

What responsibilities are required of the house sitter

The main responsibility is taking care of 3 cats: older female cat, mid-age shy black male kitty, and a young high-energy male cat approximately 9 month old. Watering the side and back yard two times during your stay is also requested. Taking out the trash/recycle bins once a week and bringing them back next morning.

What are the good features of the property and location

Fully fenced property, safer neighborhood, house with everything in working condition, nice deck, many plants, prolific lemon tree, 30 minutes to downtown Napa, 40 min to downtown Sonoma, 50 min to San Francisco and coast. Hi-speed WIFI. Mild climate.

What does the house sitter need to consider before applying for this assignment

I am looking for an introduction that details the sitter's experience with caring for cats (required) and house sitting if any. I would expect a pointer to any online links, social media accounts, professional profiles that allow to establish a context of the sitter's personality. I'll need to video conference to get a feel of each other and establish trust.
