What responsibilities are required of the house sitter

Letting dogs out for potty 3 times a day and feed twice a day. Feed and water cats and clean boxes. They like a lot of attention and love.

What are the good features of the property and location

Everything about the animals, the house, my neighbors and the neighborhood are quite pleasant. The yard maintenance is managed by a contractor.

It's a quiet neighborhood with a friendly cozy vibe. The house is one block away from the MTC D Line bus for direct access to shopping and nightlife.

The house is 4 blocks from Minnehaha Creek where you can access The Grand Rounds National Scenic Byway. The Grand Rounds is one of the country’s longest continuous systems of public urban parkways and has been the preeminent urban parkway system for more than a century.

Minnehaha Falls is 3 miles east of the home.

The Minneapolis Park system is renowned urban park system spanning 7,059 acres of parkland and water. Featured among its 185 park properties are 55 miles parkways, 102 miles of Grand Rounds biking and walking paths, 22 lakes, 12 formal gardens, seven golf courses and 49 recreation centers. What does the house sitter need to consider before applying for this assignment

It's a small home that is over 100 years old, it's around 900 sq/ft, and is need of a few updates but everything is clean and in good repair. There is central HVAC, washer and dryer in the basement, and a dishwasher.
