What responsibilities are required of the house sitter

Looking after Leafy, my cat. This means feeding him in the morning, and giving a treat now and then. Litter box to be cleaned daily. I have quite a few house plants that would need occasional watering. I have a cleaning person who comes every two weeks, so no real cleaning to do, but keeping things tidy is important.

What are the good features of the property and location

I have a very comfortable home in a nice area of Edmonton, Alberta. I am located next to a ravine with walking trails. My home is about 1100 sq. ft. on the main floor, plus a finished lower level. I have wifi and two TV's with lots of channels. I also have a vehicle (Lexus) that I would consider allowing the sitter to use.

What does the house sitter need to consider before applying for this assignment
