About this assignment

We are looking for a responsible, experienced house/petsitter. We want someone who is trustworthy, reliable and an animal lover. An individual who is self-reliant yet can follow a routine is ideal.

What responsibilities are required of the house sitter

Taking care of our 5 year old active and human loving Australian Shepherd, our koi fish and our house while we are away. We have a garden if someone enjoys looking after it.

What are the good features of the property and location

We live in the Tampa Bay area in a spacious and comfortable Mediterranean style house on 3+ lush acres with beautiful views of a small lake and forested area in a quiet friendly neighborhood. The large guest bedroom and ensuite bathroom sits on the main floor. We are literally minutes by car from shopping, restaurants and other services and a short distance from many Tampa Bay attractions such as the Tampa Zoo, Busch Gardens, Florida Aquarium, Theater etc as well as some of the best beaches in the US.

What does the house sitter need to consider before applying for this assignment

They are available for the timeframe, can communicate with us to confirm that everything is running smoothly, takes good care of the home as if it is theirs.
