We are looking for a Reliable, Clean, Non-smoker , must be responsible, mature, friendly, pet-loving person/couple to care for our 2 cats and our home.

What responsibilities are required of the house sitter

We have two house cats who require daily feedings and cleaning out of the cat litter box – they are fairly low maintenance. Take care of the home as if it was your own along with some plant watering

What are the good features of the property and location

Quiet, upscale neighborhood, with swimming pool, large patio. Excellent WiFi. Close to walking trails and shopping. Two hour drive to the ocean or Yosemite, Giant Redwoods @ one hour away

What does the house sitter need to consider before applying for this assignment
