What responsibilities are required of the house sitter

Our girls enjoy 2 walks a day, morning and evening along with breakfast and dinner, they sleep most of the day and love cuddles. They can be a bit reactive to other dogs but soon move on. Over winter the garden needs little attention so is not hard to look after and the pool is maintained so no need to worry about it. This is the perfect home to enjoy some relaxation in a quiet area with easy access to local activities if you prefer.

What are the good features of the property and location

Our home is updated and relaxing with neutral decor and a beautiful pool and garden for you to enjoy. The pool is heated in winter so can be enjoyed year round. It is close to several golf courses and 15 mins walking distance to a plaza with restaurants and entertainment. The beach is a 10-15 mins drive and there are many towns to visit if you like to explore.

What does the house sitter need to consider before applying for this assignment

We prefer couples and not singles or families so our dogs have someone each to walk them. They are 10 and 12 so kids can be too much for them when they just like to sleep. We have had great dog sitters before and they have loved them all. We look forward to a video call with you if this sounds like the right fit for you.
