Lovely house on two acres near Bordeaux France

About this assignment

I am looking for a reliable and experienced home sitter who must have experience with horses. Experience with cats is easier! I have one guest room so this home sit is for one person or a couple, not for a family. Non smokers only please.

What responsibilities are required of the house sitter

Responsibilities will include feeding my horse and donkey, making sure they have clean water at all time, removing their manure on a daily basis, taking care of my adorable cat who is an indoor-outdoor cat wearing a GPS collar. There might also be some minor painting like the grout on some doors but nothing major.

What are the good features of the property and location

There are tons of good features! My property is a terrific house with a beautiful kitchen and even a cardio room. Across the road, you have access to walking in a lovely forest. It is a registered bird sanctuary. Golf is less than 10 minutes away. It is rural but located 5 minutes from the Paris-Bordeaux freeway so easy access. Tons of things to do in the Bordeaux area from the world famous wine country to the stunning atlantic coast.

What does the house sitter need to consider before applying for this assignment

You will need a car. If you come directly, the closest airport is Bordeaux where you can easily rent a car and hop of the freeway.
