The house is easy to maintain. It has all the modern comforts and old world charm. My dog is very easy going and great company.

What are the good features of the property and location

I have a two bedroom home in the town. It is a gated house in a quiet neighborhood. It has fruit trees and a private patio. Wifi is fast and reliable. This is a beautiful home nearby to markets and lots of historic features of Berat, all within walking distance.

What does the house sitter need to consider before applying for this assignment

This is Albania. Everyone is friendly and helpful. Sometimes communication with the older locals requires some imagination. Fresh baked bread and local produce are only steps away.
