About this assignment

We need someone here while we travel to Colorado. All that is required is watering. We are taking our dog with us. Our home is in a beautiful part of the Cazadero hills.

Really just watering the yard. The coast has so much to offer. Lovely hikes and views. One hour north to Gualala and one hour north of Guerneville..

What are the good features of the property and location

The area is beautiful and very quiet. Our home is calm with cool art. We have fabulous neighbors. The properties are all 40 acres

What does the house sitter need to consider before applying for this assignment

The grocery stores are not near so planning is necessary. The roads are winding and the last 2 miles is a dirt road so your car will be dusty.
