I’d like someone who is respectful and considerate. Someone who knows how to listen to Herba’s needs – she’s our cat – and give her some cuddles, as well as feeding her and making sure she’s let into the house.

It is a detached house with two bedrooms and all the amenities you need for day-to-day life. Surrounded by woodland and a meadow with fruit trees, it is very peaceful.
Just stepping out of the house, you can go for a walk through the woods or follow the signposted trails from the village towards La Degollada – it’s all countryside – and you can also visit the Peñaflor viewpoint.
The road running from Peñaflor to Candamo runs past the property; you can sometimes hear motorbikes at the weekends and the train in the distance.
You’ll be in a secluded spot, although there’s another house next door that isn’t permanently occupied; however, it’s a 5-minute walk to the village, which has no amenities. If you need any sort of service, it’s a 5-minute drive, a 40-minute walk or a 15-minute cycle.
There’s a hill to get to the house and the road is narrow; if you’re coming in a large van, it might be difficult, but it’s possible in a normal car. It’s tarmac-surfaced and accessible.
No, sorry.
