What responsibilities are required of the house sitter

The boys eat 3 times a day. You will need to feed them. They have an electronic litter box, but it need to be scraped each day. Every 2 days you will need to empty it and take the trash out.
Get the mail at least once if you are here for a week.
take the trash out and don't forget your fob or you'll be locked out.

What are the good features of the property and location

While I am right by the river, I am also 5 minutes away from small shopping center and larger one is .5 miles up the road. I have 2 parking spaces, and it is $6 to Uber to the University.
You can also walk to a fantastic Thai restaurant and a local coffee shop called Grit which are part of this compound.

What does the house sitter need to consider before applying for this assignment

There is absolutely no smoking anywhere on the property.
No loud music and I expect this place to be kept clean.
No young children must be over 14.

Can I bring my own pets?

No, sorry.
