Hello! I'm looking fora house sitter to keep my best furry friend Zephyr company and cozy. I often travel, I take him when I can but that is not always possible. I

What responsibilities are required of the house sitter

Dog and plants only. I have one dog, Zephyr, wholikes one- two walks a day which is easy in my dog-friendly town, you can go to the beach, trails or at one of the local colleges.

He does require one oral med per day in the morning. Other dutiies might include watering plants amd bringing in the mail.

Please keep the place tidy, be respectful of neighbors.

What are the good features of the property and location

The weather is SB is amazing! We don't have winter really. I'm a short flat bike ride to the beach and you'd have use of variety of bikes. My place is walking distance to food, pharmacy and Trader Joes is across the street. Parking is right next to the house with an ADA ramp and laundry is on site. I have a little garden perfect for relaxing, reading or snoozing. If you are a single sitter, you can sleep in my room with the twin bed, if you are a couple you would probalby be more confortable in the "casita" an outbuilding just 8 steps from the house but has a queen bed.

What does the house sitter need to consider before applying for this assignment

Zephyr needs reliable medication and walks approx 30-45 min per day. On occasion I will not be reachable while away- backpacking- this will be communicated in advance.

Can I bring my own pets?

Yes
Restrictions: It is possible you can bring a dog, we would need to discuss it first. No cats sadly, Zephyr likes to chase kitties.
