Looking for a house sitter to take care of my rural home and timid rescue dog for the period of October 19th till October 25th inclusive.

What responsibilities are required of the house sitter

My rural home is on a septic system and being an older house has some quirks. Need somebody handy and reliable. Rush, my rescue dog came from Korea and is still not comfortable with other dogs and new people. Need someone gentle and caring to feed and walk her. Give her lots of affection.

What are the good features of the property and location

Even though my property is rural, I'm only 10 minutes from the city and grocery stores, coffee shops and restaurants. Beautiful country views with a farm behind my house. Lots of trees and green space to explore.

What does the house sitter need to consider before applying for this assignment

Being familiar and comfortable with the septic system in my house. Watering plants and basic care of my home. Most importantl, being patient and gentle with my timid rescue dog.

Can I bring my own pets?
