The usual responsible, reliable, likes to walk a golden! I'd like to have good communication, including regular pics so I can see how she's doing.

What responsibilities are required of the house sitter

Taking care of River, my 3 year old golden retriever, who is a love. She has three dogwalkers who volunteer to walk her because they don't have their own dog and love her. If it doesn't rain, a couple flowers will need a drink. I will have cleaners come before you arrive; please leave the place clean.

What are the good features of the property and location

Bright, friendly and comfy, opens to a green space. The patio has a hammock chair and a zero gravity chair, the studio has a hammock chair. There's a little rose garden spot just to the right of my patio,with an umbrella and chair, where the view is all green and trees and super quiet. My music studio is great for yoga or meditation too. There are two gorgeous swimming lakes about a 20 min drive, plenty of hiking trails to walk to or drive to, the brewery row/ice cream in Rocky Point 5 min away. There's a piano.

What does the house sitter need to consider before applying for this assignment

While there is transit, it isn't great, although 2 km away there is a skytrain which improves matters. River is very friendly and would love lots of attention and as many walks as you wish. It's a home not a hotel, so if you're looking for perfection this.
