Villa, guest house, bar, pool in Andalucia

About this assignment

We need someone to look after our lovely villa and guest house for the months we are not in Spain. Must be clean, tidy, reliable.

What responsibilities are required of the house sitter

Basic pool maintenance -chlorine, hoover; not mecahnical / electrical
Check on main house weekly, contact us and local builder if any issues
General tidying, brush leaves occassionally, weeds
No pets to look after

What are the good features of the property and location

The house is 1km from the centre of Montefrio, one of the prettiest of all the pueblos blancos. It has incredible mountain and castle views, a lovely pool and bar and complete rural tranquility.

What does the house sitter need to consider before applying for this assignment

We don't need an expert, simply a person to be here and keep an eye on things. This asignment doe not include pets, so not for you if dogs and cats are your thing. It is very quiet here, so you must have Spanish and be comfortable being alone.

Can I bring my own pets?
