Philadelphia Row Home with Toto (Bichon Poodle)

About this assignment

We are looking for a dog lover who has been wanting to visit Philadelphia during the fall. We are located in an area that is very walkable to almost anything and surrounded by a great community.

What responsibilities are required of the house sitter

The main responsibility is caring for our dog, Toto, who needs two walks a day. He is 6 years old now and enjoys 30-45 minutes of a walk per walk. We will have his home cooked foods in the freezer that would be mixed with his kibble. He sleeps in is crate at night and we usually let him out early in the morning to snuggle.

What are the good features of the property and location

The house is a typical Philly rowhome, located in a location that is very walkable to the city, close to bus lines, and close to supermarkets. There is a bike station as well. There is a washer and dryer, 3 bedrooms(2 are used as offices) and a well-equipped kitchen. There's 1 1/2 bathrooms with one having a comfortable shower/bathtub combo. The TVs are all smart tvs with streaming and fast wifi throughout the house. The house also has a typical Philly back yard with patio furniture if you'd like to sit outside.

What does the house sitter need to consider before applying for this assignment

We are looking for experienced dog owners or dog sitters who love dogs. Toto is a cuddle bunny and loves to be on laps.
