Need Pet/House Sitter for Louie & Preston in our beach community home in November.

About this assignment

Looking for someone to care for our home while we’re away in NOV. Our family will be away for 10 days and hope to have someone reliable stay and enjoy our home while being a companion to our very attached (anxious) dogs Louie and Preston.

What responsibilities are required of the house sitter

Basically bring in mail, take out trash and of course feed the dogs and let them out back in our fenced yard. You can always try to walk them - we are not always successful at that. Otherwise just general every day maintenance.

What are the good features of the property and location

We live in a small beach town on the Potomac river with beautiful sunsets and a very small town cozy vibe. We have a view of the river and the seafood restaurant just a short walk away, although our golf cart would be available to you as well.

What does the house sitter need to consider before applying for this assignment

This is our first time using this service and look forward to a great experience. Also we would be more comfortable meeting beforehand (online or in person). We are very flexible but would hope anyone interested would be reliable and respectful of our home and be an animal lover with patience for spoiled dogs lol.
