About this assignment

Someone that can speak English or French and with a little experience with house chores. Someone working from home that can fill their days in a beautiful home.

What responsibilities are required of the house sitter

Water plants. Make sure the house looks "lived in" from the street, clear the snow on front porch (not driveway). Pick up the mail and flyers.

What are the good features of the property and location

Large 5 bedrooms house in a nice neighborhood with mature trees, close to water. The house to public transit and downtown area. The house is fully equipped

What does the house sitter need to consider before applying for this assignment

Kingston is a lovely town but it is pretty calm in the fall and winter.
My sister lives close by and might need to come to the house once in a while but she would not sleep there and would not disturb your private space.
Large gatherings would not be permitted.

Can I bring my own pets?
