Loving & Responsible Sitter Needed

About this assignment

I am looking for house sitters that are dependable, honest, trustworthy, and respectable. I would also love to have house sitters that love pets. I have one dog right now that I walk consistently between 15-20 minutes, two x's a day.

What responsibilities are required of the house sitter

Walk my Lucky (Rescue Dog)- at least Once if not twice a day. (15-20 minutes each). This timeframe includes his potty breaks/going to the Apt. Complex Dog park.

Water the plants.

What are the good features of the property and location

One of the most prominent features are the Football games. I live in Opelika, but it's only 15 minutes away from the Stadium. The neighborhood and surrounding areas are very green with trees all over the City. Opelika has a cute and quaint downtown area. There is also a cute little park close to the Apt. that takes about 10 mins or so to walk to.

What does the house sitter need to consider before applying for this assignment

The noise level is higher than in a home located in a Suburban neighborhood. The Apt. sits next to Railroad tracks so there is a train that rolls through 2-3 times throughout a 24 hr basis. Also- there are barking dogs off and on. Of course I wish I could control this- but I can't!
