About this assignment

Looking for someone to watch our house this winter. We snowbird, and want someone to enjoy the place while we are down south. Responsible, clean, and good communication!

What responsibilities are required of the house sitter

* Enjoying the house.
* Keeping stuff neat and tidy.
* Calling us if there are any issues with heat, water, trash pickup.
* Letting us know if there are any issues with snow removal, or landscaping.

What are the good features of the property and location

- It's on lake Huron!
- Very spacious. You'll have use of the first two floors, but not the third or the basement. That's still over 4k square feet!
- Cozy boiler based heat.
- 1 gig fiber internet to the premises.
- Electric car charger in the garage, 240volt by 60 amp.

What does the house sitter need to consider before applying for this assignment

- Home is currently for sale. Once a month someone may need to see the home for an hour.
- On the off chance the home sells, the terms of the sale will be 30 days, so you'll need to make other arrangements.
- There are stairs, it's a 3 floor house with a basement.

Can I bring my own pets?
