What responsibilities are required of the house sitter

Take care and give company to my sweet kitty. Be clean, feed her, pet her, clean the litter so it is clean at any moment as she doesn't use it when it's not and I prefer that she doesn't wait to pee. Rather than that no other things. Keep the place clean and safe for the cat. Watch your step and walk carefully as she stretches on the floor randomly and puts her paws in random places to paly, so watch her paws, head and tail.

What are the good features of the property and location

Dresden in Germany is the center of the universe. You'll have a working space and wifi if you're a freelancer, a queen size bed, huge fridge, a bathtub at your disposal and 100% cotton carpets to walk on barefoot.

What does the house sitter need to consider before applying for this assignment

No smoking, no visitors and clean as you go everywhere you go. And be nice to the cat and my belongings. As for the rest, enjoy the city! It's worth it!
