Sitter required for 2 cats in Barcelona

About this assignment

A true cat lover who is mature, calm and kind, and 100% responsible. Who has a lot of experience caring for cats and giving oral medication.
Maybe someone who is a remote worker and won't be out more than a max. of 8 hours a day.
Someone who communicates well and will send me updates and pics of my cats at least once a day :-)
Strictly no party people.

What responsibilities are required of the house sitter

Give one of the cats oral thyroid medication (liquid via syringe) every 12 hours, and administer a pill (for hypertension) directly down the throat or crushed into his food.
Ensure the cats eat regularly, and change their water every two days.
Scoop out the two litter boxes (poo and urine clumps) at least twice a day.
Give them affection when they ask for it and some playtime.
Accept that the cats sleep on my bed.

What are the good features of the property and location

In a great location, 5 mins from a beautiful complex of parks (Montjüic), 15/20 mins by bus/metro from the airport, 10 mins into the centre by metro. Nice bars, restaurants and squares in the neighbourhood (Poble Sec, near Pl España), and a choice of supermarkets.

The flat is on the fifth floor, but there's a lift. One double bedroom, an office, a small kitchen, bathroom and salon, and another small room (the 'boys' room') where the two litter trays are. A long, narrow balcony where you can sit out.

What does the house sitter need to consider before applying for this assignment

MUST have experience with cats and with giving oral medication.
Preferably live in Spain and can speak Spanish/English.
Be able to provide references and agree to a video call.
I would prefer that my cats not be left alone any longer than 8 hours.
No guests allowed.
No smoking.

Can I bring my own pets?
