About this assignment

I'm looking for a person, couple or family who takes care of the house and the 5 dogs, 4 cats and 25 chickens.
The house is build in 2019, good to live in, but not completely western standards.
Central heating with a wood stove. Running water pumped from a spring. Electricity from PV and grid. Dry toilet inside the house.

There is only mobile internet 4G. Most time it is enough for video calls. If you need better connection I will get you starlink.

What responsibilities are required of the house sitter

Feed the animals twice a day. They would love to go for a walk with you. If not they will go alone (and that's ok). They all love to be cuddled and petted.
Collect the eggs of the chicken and eat them if you like.

What are the good features of the property and location

Great view, nobody around, the forest starts right behind the house, endless hiking possible if you like, Iron Gate of the Danube, Serbia, Baile Herculane, surrounded from four national parcs, silence, fiendly people if you meet them.

What does the house sitter need to consider before applying for this assignment

The loneliness has it's dark sides: there is just a gravel road from the village to the house. If it is wet or snowy, one has to walk the 2.5km to the village, where there are two small grocery stores, a doctor and a vet.
You should have some technical knowledge, if something goes wrong. It is all not rocket science, but also not just a switch to turn.
