About this assignment

Someone who is trustworthy, generally clean, and will take good care of the dog and the house! The ideal candidate genuinely enjoys dogs and will appreciate spending some time outdoors with her.

What responsibilities are required of the house sitter

Very few - taking the puppy out a few times a day is all! Ideally the house is in the same condition as we left it (generally washing dishes used, etc)

What are the good features of the property and location

Beautiful fenced backyard, great neighborhood (trails, walking paths, tennis courts), very close to amenities, only 30 minutes to get in Shenandoah National Park, 15 minutes to UVA.

What does the house sitter need to consider before applying for this assignment

Our dog is 7 months old, so hasn't been left alone for full 8 hour days, but otherwise she's house trained and generally pretty easy!

Can I bring my own pets?
