A reliable and trustworthy house sitter who loves pets, Must be able to patrol the home for any security hazard, must be able to do basic house cleaning such as vacuuming, sweeping, mopping and dusting.

What responsibilities are required of the house sitter

Your main tasks will be checking his water, cleaning his litter box daily, and administering his medications: one medication in the morning, another in the evening, both times mixed with food.
Jagger is fine being alone during the day, but he really appreciates having someone around in the evening when he craves the most cuddles and attention.

What are the good features of the property and location

I live in a 4 bedroom single family home in the quiet leafy lakeview neighborhood. Around the corner from our house are 3 great coffee shops, and multiple neighborhood restaurants. Our house is a new build with a state of the art kitchen, 4.5 bathrooms, backyard & front yard, 2 living rooms and garage roof terrace.

What does the house sitter need to consider before applying for this assignment

You should genuinely enjoy being around pets and be willing to provide them with proper care, attention, and companionship, You must be dependable, and respectful of someone else’s property. Ensure you can commit to the agreed hours and follow the pet’s regular feeding, walking, and care routines. You should be comfortable keeping the home clean, secure, and well maintained.
You should be willing to provide regular updates and communicate promptly if any concerns arise.
The hourly rate, working hours, duties, and any additional responsibilities will be discussed and agreed upon beforehand.
You should be comfortable following emergency instructions and contacting the owner or veterinarian if necessary.
