What responsibilities are required of the house sitter

The main duties are take care of my mini labradoodle who is non shedding, keep an eye on the house, alert me of any post, be happy for my cleaner to come once per week, also my gardener when needed. He has access via side gate to the garden. Send a picture once per day of my labradoodle.

What are the good features of the property and location

It's in the town of Teddington, which is 36 minutes on the train from Waterloo. The Tesco grocery store and other shops are one minute walk away. His groomer is 15 minutes walk away. Bushy Park is across the street, that is a huge deer park, great for all walks. His vet is nearby. This is a pleasant place. The train station is 6 minutes walk away. Buses on the high street within 5 minutes.

What does the house sitter need to consider before applying for this assignment

You need to be neat and tidy and clean up after yourself. I hate a dirty kitchen, ie so clean the counter tops and don't leave grubby fingerprints on the cabinet handles. I never do, but I had a sitter do all this once. Allow my cleaner in once per week and also allow other dog walkers to come and walk my dog Archie about 2 times per week up to 3x. Tell me about any post that comes, ie send a picture and I tell you to open it or not, plus send me a picture of Archie every day. No smokers or vapers. No guests. It would be you staying there. No other pets to be brought in.
