What responsibilities are required of the house sitter

Taking the dogs out four+ times a day, daily fish feeding, checking the mail once every other day. Bring in any delivered packages or groceries.

What are the good features of the property and location

We live in a suburban neighborhood. Cul-de-sac Street. Garage/ driveway parking. Sidewalks. HOA outdoor pool, Park, sand volleyball, pickleball court. Kings Island and tennis stadium nearby.

What does the house sitter need to consider before applying for this assignment

1 4yo male dog is skiddish and afraid of his own shadow. Patience is a must. Other older 12yo male dog needs to sit next to you/touching you 24/7.
