House sitter wanted in the Azores, Portugal - 4 months

About this assignment

We are looking for a responsible and committed medium term (4 months) housesitter (couple preferred due to location) in the Azores, Portugal. There is much to explore here, from Thermal pools to volcanic hikes.

What responsibilities are required of the house sitter

Basic house care and lawn/garden maintenance. There are no pets other than the odd street cat to feed if you want too. We just ask that you respect our space and belongings.

What are the good features of the property and location

Fully renovated, 25 minutes by car to Ponta Delgada city, sea views and much to explore locally.
You will have access to use our car while we are away.

What does the house sitter need to consider before applying for this assignment

The island is remote and can get windy during the winter months. A drivers license is required to use our car, but you are welcome to it. You will be required to pay for your own flights and electricity used for the duration of the stay.
If you are able to drop us off and pick up from the airport, would be much appreciated.
