Hi, I am looking for a reliable, non-smoker, preferably one person. happy to spend time on their own or meet up in mingle with the locals.

What responsibilities are required of the house sitter

There is not much to be done in my house, as it runs pretty smoothly however I would need the dustbins put out once a week. As it’s winter, I don’t think the lawnwill need to be cut. But I would appreciate if you could pick up some of the leaves so drains don’t block. And just take the post. I do not need my pets looked after this time. As they will be travelling with us so it is only a House sit.

What are the good features of the property and location

My house is in a town, so it’s possible to walk everywhere. There is a local link at the end of my road so a car is not necessary.

What does the house sitter need to consider before applying for this assignment

I would prefer one person if possible, you would have your own bedroom bathroom and walk in wardrobe. Your own transport would be good but not necessary as the local link is nearby.

Can I bring my own pets?

No, sorry.
