What responsibilities are required of the house sitter

To water about 300 potted plants and a vegetable garden. Soaker hoses are set up in the vegetable garden. I propagation house has automatic watering but needs monitoring, In February watering will be needed every day. It will take about 1 hour/day with propagation to be checked throughout the day.
There will be plenty of time to enjoy the Peninsula beaches!

What are the good features of the property and location

It's a lovely house & nicely furnished set in an attractive garden. It is located close to many walks, beaches wineries & attractive drives. The Mornington Peninsula is the most beautiful area close to Melbourne. Melbourne is an hour away by freeway.

What does the house sitter need to consider before applying for this assignment

The watering of some plants needs to be checked daily. If sitters wish to spend a night away they need to get someone to do it. We may be able to provide a list of possible people

Can I bring my own pets?
