Looking for a couple to mind my pets in June, in the countryside in Tuscany

About this assignment

Responsabile, attentive, gentle, caring humans, to look after my dogs and cats. They live with me as a family and I seldom go away, so they are used to interacting and depending on humans. They won't mind being left at home when you go out, as long as you return and establish some kind of reliable routine with the feeding time and the walk.

What responsibilities are required of the house sitter

All of my animals are rescues, 2 of my dogs are seniors, Paco, who spent the first 9 years of his life in a canile, and Marta who has hip problems, the other 2 are rascals and will run off if they can. I would like to know that they get attention and petting and a daily walk which needn't be too long because it is hot and the 2 seniors don't need too much exercise. The dogs sleep inside most of the time now that it is hot, and enjoy being able to be in the garden at night if they want.
The house cat is young and out a lot, but comes in for food and affection.
Then there are some stray cats up the road that need to be feed, 5 of them. You will be responsible for everyone's well being and need to be able to act if anything happens or anyone needs assistance, I will leave the vets contact.
The only other thing is watering a few pots.

What are the good features of the property and location

Ahh.. this place is very beautiful! Its on the hills of this very special and wild part of Tuscany that was Etruria, with its ancient history, caves and tombs and deep curving canyons, in a wonderful vegetation of oak trees and olive groves and vineyards. My house is a little isolated, two kilometers to the tiny village and 10/15 minutes driving to the larger ones. Lake of Bolsena is at about 30 km, and the nearest town, Viterbo 60 km. It’s south of Florence and Siena and north of Rome. It’s 80 km to the beautiful Tirrenian coast.
The house is small and simple and dates back to end of 1700, and it sits in a field surrounded by oak trees and plants, the sun shines on it all day and the view is heat opening and very relaxing.
There is a sitting room, small kitchen, bedroom and bathroom.

What does the house sitter need to consider before applying for this assignment

You need transport.
No wifi, sorry, the local internet connection works with a sim card. You need to be confortable in a remote setting, there is a B&B quite close so there might be other people, otherwise you will be immersed in a lot of nature and peace
