What are the good features of the property and location

One hour from central Rome, in 2.5 acres of olive grove, 2 story villa with lovely views over olive groves, serene and peaceful. The house has three bedrooms and a large open-plan living room and kitchen. There are two wood burning stoves and gas central heating. The olive grove is already managed by a contractor.

What does the house sitter need to consider before applying for this assignment

The house is 10 minutes walk from the nearest village, which is well connected, but a car may be an advantage. Knowledge of Italian will be helpful.
