Garmisch Apartment with a view

About this assignment

I am looking fore someone clean, quiet and responsible. My house sitter needs to like cats (I have 2) and be willing to send me a picture occasionally.

What responsibilities are required of the house sitter

Provide love and attention to Spike and Lucky. Play with the on occasion. Replenish and clean food and water (both are on an automatic system). Manage the litter box (it is outside on the balcony and the cats have an automatic door). Water and occasionally deadhead plants geraniums on the balcony.

What are the good features of the property and location

Garmisch is in the heart of outdoor country. All season sports and everything the alps have to offer is right outside the door. I live close to the train station with easy connections to Munich and Innsbruck. 3 balconies and views from every room.

What does the house sitter need to consider before applying for this assignment

I live in an apartment building on the first floor with an elevator. There is a train line close but with tripple glazed windows, hardly noticeable. No smokers please.

Can I bring my own pets?
