What responsibilities are required of the house sitter

The house sitters responsibilities will be to take care of our cat Mabel and our home and some day to day light house work duties and to make sure Mabel and our home are safe while we're away. We also have tropical fish.

What are the good features of the property and location

We live in a two bed bungalow, in a quiet road in liverpool, we are a, couple of minutes away from the bus stops, the buses are frequent in to the city centre, and the main atractions. We have 2 bedrooms, and a front and back garden, we have WiFi and broadband, plus an amazon fire stick and there will be no charge for using our utilities in return for a free house sit.

What does the house sitter need to consider before applying for this assignment

Any potential house sitter will have to be a non smoker and female ,as Mabel is very wary of men, they need to be respectful of our property and put our cat and fish first at all times, Mabel is a nervous cat but is very loving once you get to know her and any potential sitter must be mindful of this.
