What responsibilities are required of the house sitter

Take care of Caydee and love on her while enjoying a great vacation in Santa Fe, NM. She eats twice a day and walks twice a day or one long hike. She has a doggy door, too, so can be left for many hours. No medications or behavior issues.

What are the good features of the property and location

Santa Fe is an amazing place to visit with lots of history, culture, art, music, festivals, and activities.
Newly remodeled cozy and adorable adobe with great yard, Wi-Fi ,smart TV, off street parking, washer/dryer. Half a block from the best dog park ever (amazing sunrise and sunset views),near walking trails, 1/2 miles from grocery and restaurants, less than 1.5 from downtown Santa Fe.

What does the house sitter need to consider before applying for this assignment

We live at high elevation so exercise may be more difficult if you are coming from sea level. Caydee hikes with me for up to ten miles, but when we aren’t in the mountains, we do daily dog walks. She also knows how to follow us when we mountain bike. She is very sweet and gentle, and gets along with other animals and children… truly an easy dog. She is also only 29 pounds, about two years old.
Hoping to find someone that would mutually benefit from a free stay in Santa Fe while I get someone to care for my baby.
