Summer get-away in Colorado Springs

About this assignment

I'm looking for a respectful and clean house sitter. Someone who will treat my home like their own. My pup so loves to have company and I'm hoping to find someone who is excited to have him with them.

What responsibilities are required of the house sitter

My primary need is to have someone to watch my pup, Bandit. Bandit is a cuddle bug. Loves to be close to humans. He's happy to go to the dog park and run with friends.

Bandit is used to having someone who works from home, though he can be left alone for periods of time without issue. That being said, he loves being around people and would ideally like someone who is happy to have him nearby the majority of the day (or willing to take him with you on adventures)!.

I also have a few indoors plants that would need water from time to time. Everything else in the house should take care of itself (including the automatic robot vacuums that take care of the dog hair daily!).

What are the good features of the property and location

My townhouse is in a great area of Colorado Springs. Very quiet, safe neighborhood, with lots of folks walking around. It's very close to Old Colorado City, Downtown Colorado Springs, Manitou, and Garden of the Gods.

If you have kids, my place is child-friendly. We've have one kids rooms with a queen bed and a twin bed.

Washer/Dryer is on the bedroom level.

What does the house sitter need to consider before applying for this assignment

You will likely need a car to get around Colorado Springs. That being said, there is a grocery store walking distance from our house. There are also plenty of walks nearby.

Can I bring my own pets?
