What are the good features of the property and location

Beautiful, bright home with wonderful living areas, giant back yard with fruit trees, herbs, and flowers, sweet front porch, comfy queen bed, friendly and funny cat. We are a 10 minute or less drive from everything. Good books to peruse. Wireless internet. A very wonderful little home.

What does the house sitter need to consider before applying for this assignment

You must like affectionate dogs. You must be reliable and not cancel at the last minute. Otherwise just enjoy this sweet house and its big yard!
