Cute desert townhome + 2 furry buds

About this assignment

I am looking for somebody who loves both dogs and cats and is looking for a boho and comfy desert getaway. Must be up for dog walks/outings outside of hot hours of the day!

What responsibilities are required of the house sitter

One 5 yr old cat (Hattie) who gets fed 2x/day and her litter box scooped at least every few days. She is a cat, so cuddles when she feels like it :) She is allowed on the back patio with you outside while wearing her harness. She enjoys watching the birds.
One 4 yr old dog (Maxi) who is very loving, high energy, a little anxious and ~38 lbs. She also gets fed 2x/day and hopefully a walk early in the AM or late in the PM outside of high heat.
Both animals get snacks as needed!

What are the good features of the property and location

My place is 2 bed/2 bath with a front and back patio. I have WiFi, washer/dryer, dishwasher, AC, streaming services on TV and external cameras for safety. The community is up in the Catalina Foothills and has a pool, hot tub, tennis and pickleball courts. There is a Whole Foods, a Bash’s and a Safeway shopping center all within one mile. Several hiking trails also in the area.

What does the house sitter need to consider before applying for this assignment

Familiarity with sassy cats and anxious dogs is a must. Both furry babes love a good snuggle and are very sweet, they may want to sleep with you if you allow it.
