About this assignment

Looking for a responsible, neat, very clean, ethical and most loving & lovely adult to care for my adorable doggie, Tass, while I'm gone for a week.

What responsibilities are required of the house sitter

Feeding Tass twice a day. Food will be stored in the fridge. Fresh filtered water every morning. Walking her around my lovely, beach neighborhood 3 times/day, 7 am, 2 pm and 8:30 pm. Water some indoor plants, some plants on my front patio and the back ocean view deck. I's like you to arrive on the 16th so Tass is adjusted and bonding with you and for me to walk you through all instructions.

What are the good features of the property and location

My condo is literally few counted steps from Calafia Beach/park, and the sandy beach and trail. It is also a 1 1/4 walk on sand to San Clemente Pier. The Beach Trail in San Clemente is quite enjoyable for long walks and runs. Breathtaking Sunsets and Catalina views from my back patio, family room and kitchen. Lovely & safe neighborhood (Lobeiro-Montalvo Loop). Walking steps from cool cafes and coffee bars. The condo is newly and entirely renovated. The guest/sitter will use the room shown in pictures & its private bathroom, the gorgeous kitchen & family room and the lovely patio & patio furniture. You will have your assigned parking spot in our condominium building.

What does the house sitter need to consider before applying for this assignment

That my doggie is a very sensitive, shy and anti social rescue dog. She is super sweet but has her own limitations when it comes to being near other dogs. She is a people doggie! She dislikes loud noise such as the sound of the weekly trash trucks, the train (so never take her with you on a beach trail walk as it is right next to the railroad). She hates sand and she really hates walking on grass, she only walks on paved paths and side walks.. Her walks have to be really on time. Being respectful of the neighbors since it is a quiet, peaceful, family condominium building.. Being very neat and respectful to my pretty property and my pretty furniture. Also, Tass is so very much used to getting sooooooo much love and affection. she is seriously soooooo adored by me.. so tons of hugs and kisses. She also will definitely sleep in bed with you once she bonds with you!
