About this assignment
Is there a kindly person or couple who will look after our friendly cats and end terrace house just off the centre of Tiverton in beautiful Devon? We would prefer the sitters to have testimonials on this site .
What responsibilities are required of the house sitter
Our sitters will need to take care of our two friendly cats and keep an eye on the house and garden .Love of cats is essential for this sit !
What are the good features of the property and location
The house is situated in a quiet lane near the town centre . Our private parking is a five minute walk away as there is no vehicular access to the property . Tiverton is very well placed to explore the delights of rural Devon and Somerset including Exmoor and Dartmoor ,the north and south coasts and many interesting and attractive towns .
What does the house sitter need to consider before applying for this assignment
Our house is comfortable and cosy.There is ample kitchen equipment and the kitchen is new-ish!There is full gas central heating and constant hot water , washing machine , dishwasher , coffee machine etc. .Sitting room,dining roo m,small office.There are two bedrooms ,one with a comfortable king size bed - ( we will be storing our clothes in the other !) .

Perfect setting, with perfectly delicious cats!
My daughter and I sat for Paul and Annie for a number of months. They were kind, considerate and accommodating in every way. Whenever we needed anything at all, they were always there. A lovely network of their friends were introduced and called upon when required during our time in France. We can’t recommend these lovely creatures, along with Paul and Annie, highly enough! For a sense of home, in a beautiful region, you won’t be disappointed. We count Paul and Annie as friends and we look forward to being able to return soon x

Wonderful experience
Annie and Paul are kind, caring and open minded people... They were very friendly with us, and make sure that we had all we needed for the housesitting assignment. Their place is great with lovely cats to take care of... A wonderful experience for us and most probably for the next housesitters!!!

We had a wonderful time with Annie and Paul, They are really kind, open minded and easy going... The house is also peaceful, clean and beautiful. And the cats are all very nice too... A perfect house with great people!!! We recommend :)
