What responsibilities are required of the house sitter

Keeping the house clean feeding and cuddling Charlie & Benji watering plants . Keeping a; eye on the garden.
Used to swimming pool. Though it is easy to look after.

What are the good features of the property and location

Detached modern single floor property with stunning views and sunsets.
Swimming pool for warmer months
Large modern well equipped kitchen
Double bedroom with en-suite walk in shower.
Air con and heating.
Lots of walking trails nearby.
Less than an hour by car from Portugals silver coast, and many interesting places such as Coimbra, Tomar and Pombal.
Main near town with shops restaurants etc is Ansião. 5 to 10 mins by car or walkable .
Taxis are inexpensive and easy to arrange .
From Pombal there are inter city trains and coaches.

What does the house sitter need to consider before applying for this assignment

A car is essential ,though possibility of including our electric car for some trips.
You must be cat lovers they are very easy to look after and mostly independent.
This area is very hilly.
The main airports are Lisbon & Porto which are connected by a good train service.. through Pombal.

Can I bring my own pets?
