This would be best suited for a male as my brother lives separately on same property.

What responsibilities are required of the house sitter

To housesit and look after Sal,(cavie) Cappy is a 6 yo bichon and Milo is a 9 yo poodle Are my priority. Their meals will be prepared to make feeding twice a day easy

What are the good features of the property and location

I am 5 minutes from I beautiful palm Beach. 2 minutes from the golf course and 6 minutes from currumbin crk where you can swim, fish and kayak.
A free standing 3 bed home in quiet cul-de-sac

What does the house sitter need to consider before applying for this assignment

Experience with dogs. Milo is a 9 yo rescue dog that needs a little extra TLC. He is a mini poodle
Cappy is 5 yo bichon. And Sal is a cavalier rescue.

Can I bring my own pets?

Yes
Restrictions: As long as they are dog friendly and sorry no cats
