This particular error can occur if your session had expired. 

To fix this, please refresh your page, or log out of your account, then log back in. If that doesn't work, please try again using a different web browser or device.

Please ensure that when you login again you tick the 'Keep me signed in' checkbox on the login page. This sets a cookie, and helps keep your session active over a longer period of time.

Without this cookie, if you walk away from your computer, then come back again a few hours later, your session will time out.
