How do I renew my account/membership?

For house sitters
Firstly, please note that we don't auto-renew! Please be assured that we do not keep your credit card details and would never presume to automatically renew your annual membership (we think auto-renewals are a bad thing).

If you think that your membership is up for renewal (and you received an email reminder from us or notification in your account area), please visit our Renewals page at the following link:

https://www.mindmyhouse.com/register/member/sitter/renewal

Please enter your email address and your debit or credit card details into the space provided .

If your account had expired, it should still be there (ie. stored in our database), as long as it's been less than one year since it expired.

Once your payment has been processed, you should be able to login again straight away.

Please note that you can only renew one month before your membership expires (otherwise it's too early).

For home owners
Good news, you don't need to renew your account, as home owner accounts are lifetime accounts, meaning that they last forever (well, maybe not forever...).

For dual members
For members who have both a house sitter and a home owner account, only your house sitter account will require to be renewed (as the home owner account is a lifetime account).
