If you registered as a house sitter but had trouble at the payment stage and couldn't quite complete it, don't despair as we are committed to helping you get onboard.
First, check your email inbox, as we should have sent you an email with details about why your credit card was rejected. It's usually an incorrect CVC number, or maybe your postcode was wrong. You can also check with your bank or card issuer as well.
Please also note that MindMyHouse is a New Zealand-based business. Your bank may ask you to pre-authorize your payment, else they may decline it (this is a standard step some US banks apply to international transactions). If your payment is declined, simply contact your bank to approve it, or try a different card.
If we didn't send you an email notification, it may be another problem. Please ensure that the "I'm not a robot" checkbox (just under the submit button) is ticked when you register.
